We started in corporate environments responsible for developing strategies to control and reduce workers' compensation cost. We successfully saved millions of dollars by redesigning corporate practices and aligning brokers, insurance companies, third party administrators, medical providers, claim adjusters, healthcare organizations, case managers, and safety personnel to the needs of the organizations we served. We were constantly recruited by other organizations to help them reduce their cost due to a limited supply of individuals who understood human resources, risk, and the operations of a company. We started LGC to share our experience and results and to affect change to more organizations instead of a limited few.
